something new #7

started the beginning of a new month of work outs.

i made another decision, i seem to do that a lot lately... i am going to do this 300 ab workout every day for a month, starting today. it only takes 15 minutes, which is my kind of workout...ugh im such an american. anyway, i even took before pics and plan to take after pics on day 30. so on may 6th, i just might have a new looking core. if i can only put down this ice cream...

during the first day of this underway, i really didnt do a whole lot other than hang out with friends and get a MASSIVE allergy attack from the cherry blossoms. one thing that was new though, was making my first meal in our brand new kitchen. may not be a lot, but it means so much to have our own place...im more thankful every day for the hard work mark has put into creating our life together. its crazy how something as simple as a meal in a new kitchen can represent so much. <3
